The TV show draft is under way, and is quite possibly over after the first pick. Perspective has selected The Wire, a show with a great reputation that many have praised as the best ever.

Alas, despite the brilliance of that first selection, we must carry on and complete the mission that nine brave souls have agreed to undertake. The draft order, set earlier this afternoon, is as follows:

The TV Show Draft is almost half way done!

This is our third “Deserted Island” themed draft. After the successes of the “Hot Women” and the “Movie” draft, we are continuing with the “TV Show” draft. Currently there are 9 perticipants, but anyone is still welcome to join. Join fast though, your favorite show might be gone before you know it. Shows such as The Simpsons, The X-Files, and The Myth Busters are already long gone!

Taking it to the next level

This group of individuals has been around in one form or another for a very long time. This group spawned from www.cprogramming.com and started a side community that was a little less formal and a lot less nerdy.

We’ve bounced around under different names and it seems we may be here to stay under this one. The community is strong and even those members that have faded away seem to return from time to time. It’s crazy how they all seem to find us again eventually.

I think my personal goal of this blog/front page it to expand the community and make us stronger and hopefully help us to grow. Let’s hope so!
